STOP SOPA

Just wanted to post a little note here in regards to SOPA. No, we’re not blacking out for the day. But if SOPA passes, we’ll likely be blacking out a lot longer than that. Saga-Edition.com already runs a very fine line on the fair use issue, and the people at Wizards of the Coast and Lucasfilm have both been alright by us so far. Obviously, if they had a problem with us, I’d shut the site down with my apologies.
However, if SOPA passes there isn’t any room any more for the hope that things can end civilly. It’s quite simply not worth the risk. Sites like Saga-Edition.com won’t ever happen, because no one is going to risk fines or jail time for a fan site. Not even I am that crazy.
So get in touch with your Senators and Representatives. Tell them to vote NO on SOPA.
