The idea is that you have special training in applying a sleeper hold to your opponents – denying them air, and knocking them unconscious without killing them.

And, the only way to avoid any effects of a sleeper hold, is to avoid getting in one in the first place.

I did remove the special though. It had been a last minute addition.

I don’t know if it’s come up yet, but I’m not terribly comfortable witht he idea of a base class with a PrC talent tree.

I like this talent, but it could seem a bit overpowered. Anything that guarantees 1 step down the condition track and has the chance of 2 steps is nearly impossible to beat unless you avoid it in the first place. Even Shake It Off is no match for this talent.

And the special is grossly overpowered. Who in their right mind takes Pin, Crush, and Expert Grapper without Martial Arts?

Id like to see a writeup for traditional Tremayne, ie post cybernetics in his ultra nice guy who is genuinely sorry but wont hesitate to start cutting off limbs to get his job done.
