Not that it matters much, but you could make the feat contigent on an opposed initiative. That way you can’t juat assasinate anyone.
plus there was a feat that I can’t remember with snper as a prereq. That feat should be a req too. wish I could remember the name of it.

Deadly Sniper from Scum and Villainy? Or is it Lethal Sniper…?

I’d consider a big Base Attack prerequisite. Maybe +10 or as much as +12.

Deadly sniper. that was it!!

To freeclint:
That’s unnecessary, because you can’t be in combat, so it’s only good once per encounter if you can get a good vantage point, and then all other enemies are aware and not flat-footed. Besides, Precise Shot and Far Shot take a few levels to get. If you add Deadly Sniper, you’ll probably hit level 7 or 8 before taking it.

I’m with Jaden on the bas attack prereq. As far as Deadly Sniper, if you want to add that as a prereq for you’re game, go ahead, it’s a logical addition. However I don’t see the necessity of it, given the restrictions on how it can be used.

Wait… you can make a Coup de Grace attack against someone who isn’t considered Helpless? Just being unaware of the attack would make them flat-footed, sure, but I don’t think it lets you coup de grace them, adjacent or not…

This talent lets you do that. Normally you cannot coup-de-grace anyone who isn’t helpless.

If that’s the case, I think the talent needs to be reworded to clarify that.
“you may use the aim action to be considered adjacent to your target for the purposes of coup de grace attacks.”
What I get from reading this, is that you can coup de grace someone without having to stand in the square right next to them – a decent benefit, to be sure, for a sniper – but nothing more than that. So, it should let you kill people who are unconscious or otherwise helpless without having to get up close to them, giving up your tactical advantage, but I’m not seeing anything in the talent as currently worded that would indicate it lets you coup de grace someone who isn’t helpless.

“When you are not in combat, your target is otherwise unaware of you, and you have a targeting scope or similar device”
That explains the circumstances you need to execute the attack. I’m not sure how I could reword it to make it more clear.
