Joruus C’baoth was an insane Dark Jedi who played a pivotal role in the Thrawn campaign. A clone of the Jedi Master Jorus C’baoth, he was created by Palpatine, and used as the Guardian of the Imperial storehouse at Mount Tantiss on Wayland. In 9 ABY, Grand Admiral Thrawn discovered the existence of the storehouse and traveled to Wayland. He succeeded in recruiting the Dark Jedi to join him in his campaign to destroy the New Republic, making good use of his battle meditation powers. C’baoth also attempted to lure Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa Solo to the dark side of the Force as part of a plan to seize the Empire for himself. However, as his plan entered its final stages, Thrawn had C’baoth imprisoned in Mount Tantiss, having finally realized the threat the insane Jedi posed to the Empire. After taking control of the Imperials left to guard him on Wayland, he was confronted by New Republic forces including Skywalker and the Force-sensitive smuggler Mara Jade. The two dueled with C’baoth, and Jade managed to kill the mad clone. ~Wookieepedia
Encounters: C’baoth is a nice change from the run of the mill Dark Jedi seen after the fall of the Emperor. He doesn’t want control of the galaxy, but wants to control the minds of his servants on a very deep level. He also wants to restore the Jedi, believing them to be superior to non-Force-sensitives, and will try hard to corrupt young Jedi heroes. If a group of heroes encounter him, he is likely to pose as a kind yet stern Jedi master to win them over, but if they don’t fall for his tricks, they’ll have to contend with his array of Force powers. Towards the end of his life, C’baoth can be found away from Wayland, and he also keeps a clone of Luke Skywalker with him as a sort of errand boy, using his Link talent to lend his power to the clone.

Hmm. As a clone living on the Emperor’s mountain stronghold of Wayland (more or less) by himself, I might make him Noble 3/Jedi 5. Jorus (as opposed to Joruus) would certainly be N5/J3/etc. At least nobody cloned Maaace Winduuuu from his severed hand lol

Well, in Outbound Flight, Jorus was simply a Jedi who had lost his way. His clone definitely had bigger issues, so I put him farther from the normal Jedi path.
Oh, do you suppose he should be a Spaarti clone (as seen in TFU CG) with the clone madness trait?

If you do use the SpaartiClone(tm) clone madness trait, I would modify the mechanic a bit. Maybe make it like an environmental hazard? d20 plus whatever, except its vs Will def. Modified by the degree to which he is confronted by his own insanity, perhaps?
And while I agree that Jorus (1 u) was more of a Jedi who lost his way (to varying intensity in different timeframes) MECHANICALLY speaking, he statistically should have more noble levels, due to his Jedi Consular/ Negotiator/ Politician motif. Saga ed requires the occasional multiclass to fit concept, and Jedi Consulars are one of them.
Joruus would have less actual experience doing Noble-ey things, aside from lording his power over goofy alien tribesmen… kind of an uncomfortable mid- British Empire comparison… maybe he needs a crystal monocle and cortosis pith helmet? lol
